Overview: Worker

Users in Workforce Portal fall into one of two statuses: Applicant or Worker. When a user creates a Workforce Portal account, they will likely be an applicant.

The worker workflow includes applying to assignments, accepting offers, working your shifts, and submitting your timesheets.

Note
Your status change from applicant to worker is not automatic. The agency will update your status to worker. You will not see the worker home screen, such as the Calendar and Paystubs tiles, until the agency completes their step.
