Shift Match Alerts
Shift match alerts sends you a text with a link for open shifts that match your shift and work location preferences. Clicking the link redirects you to Workforce Portal, which will immediately display the shift details.
This tile is only available if your organization has enabled this feature.
You won't receive a shift match alert:

if you opted out of alerts from a specific facility.

the open shift would result in a double booking. If you're scheduled in an existing shift with times that would overlap the newly created shift, you will not receive the alert for the new shift.

for a specific facility if you received a text alert for that facility that day but did not open the link within the text. You'll continue to receive alerts for other facilities.

if your shift preference settings do not match the shift times. For example, if your shift preference in Workforce Portal is set to 8 Hr Days, then you'll receive only shift match alerts for 8 hour shifts.
Manage shift alert preferences

Navigate to the Preferences tile. If you're in worker status, the Preferences tile is in the Profile tile.

Set your Shift Preferences. You'll only receive shift match alerts for shifts that match the times set in your Shift Preferences.

Set your Shift Match Settings. This determines how many, if any, alerts to notify you of available shifts that match your shift preferences.
Opt-in or out of shift match alerts for specific facilities

View an open shift for that facility in your calendar.

In the open shift details panel, click Location.

In the Location panel, select Yes or No for the Notify Me of New Shifts at this Facility toggle.
