Export provider data to SkillSurvey

An additional license is required to use SkillSurvey.

Customers who subscribe to SkillSurvey's Digital Peer Reference solution can export provider credentialing instances to SkillSurvey for processing. SkillSurvey returns a response file to symplr Provider, which updates the credentialing verification form for each provider with the affiliation data, and a PDF of each reference response is attached to the appropriate applicants' credentialing record. To export provider data to SkillSurvey, complete the following steps.

Exporting multiple providers to SkillSurvey

1. Create or modify a symplr Provider query to include credentialing key criteria [e.g., Credentialing Key (Currently Open)].
2. Run the query.
3. In the Results tab, click the Send To button and select Send Credentialing Instances to > SkillSurvey. The export process runs in the background.
4. Once the process completes, a confirmation message appears. Click OK to finish the process.

Exporting a single provider to SkillSurvey

1. On the Credentialing/Verification form for the desired provider, click the credentialing key and select Send to SkillSurvey. The export process runs in the background.
2. Once the process completes and a confirmation message appears, click OK.
