symplr Provider and browser autofill
Autofill helps speed data entry and increase data integrity by suggesting already saved content in a given field based on what you have typed. Both symplr Provider and the browsers supported by symplr Provider have autofill capabilities.
symplr Provider uses autofill to help find providers in the database and autofill cities and ZIP Codes when entering addresses. An optional autofill-based Address validation feature can also be turned on by your administrator.
Browser autofill tends to contain your personal information that you have used to fill in forms on the internet, such as your name, shipping/billing addresses, email, phone number, passwords, credit card information and so on. This may or may not be activated on your work computer.
Because some of the autofill fields overlap, browser autofill may come into contention with symplr Provider's autofill and address validation features. In order to effectively use symplr Provider's autofill, you can turn off the browser autofill.

You can disable/re-enable your browser autofill in the browser settings. For help with your specific browser, search the internet for "Disable browser autofill settings" to get your browser's latest instructions. Alternatively, contact your system administrator or support@symplr.com" for help resolving this issue.
