Manage inbox hub items
To display, save, and/or distribute one or more documents, packets, profiles, or reports from the Inbox hub, complete the following steps.
To view PDFs, you must have a PDF reader installed on your local machine.

- In the Inbox hub, on the Completed tab, select a document, packet, profile, or report, then click Download

NoteThe item will be downloaded and will open in your default PDF reader.

- In the Inbox hub, on the Completed tab, select a document, packet, profile, or report, then click Open
.
- Select one or more items in the grid. (See Mass edit select grids for more information.)
- From the Actions menu, select Download.
NoteThe item will be downloaded and will open in your default PDF reader.

- In the Inbox hub, on the Completed tab, select a document, packet, profile, or report, then click Open
.
- Select one or more items in the grid. (See Mass edit select grids for more information.)
- From the Actions menu, select Email.
- To send the item to all selected recipients with a valid email address, in the Send Email dialog, click Send.

You can clean up your inbox by deleting older items.

Open the DBA Utilities system form, then click Remove Files.

In Remove Files, enter a date, then click Save.

All items with a date before the date you entered will be removed from your the inbox hub.

You can also schedule inbox cleanup using System Scheduled Tasks. (See Manage system scheduled tasks)
