Support mode

In order to assist in the resolution of issues you may be experiencing, a support team member may need to remote in to your workstation and navigate through symplr Provider while in Support Mode.

The support team member will open a support ticket through the Support tab under Help > About.

You can exit support mode at any time by:

  • Clicking Deactivate on the Support tab.

  • Closing or refreshing your browser.

  • Logging off of symplr Provider.
