Copy user group security

This utility copies security settings from one user group to another within an entity or across entities. To copy user group security settings, complete the following steps.

You must have the required symplr Provider security to run this utility and the target user group must be created through Manage user groups, or an existing user group must already be in place.

1. Open the DBA Utilities system form.
2. In the Database Administration section, click User Group Security Copy.

3. In the User Group Security Copy stepper, complete each step as instructed on screen. (See Steppers)

4. After the utility has run, close the DBA Utilities work item.
