Validate user emails

Running the User Email Validation utility identifies Cactus users that have either a duplicate email address, or no email address at all. To run the utility, complete the following steps.

This form is only available to on premises customers using local account authorization (not SSO).

  1. Open the DBA Utilities system form.
  2. In the Database Administration section, click User Email Validation.

  3. If missing or duplicate email addresses are found, a ,xlsx file will download automatically. Otherwise, you will receive a message that no invalid records were found.
