Update provider display order

Sometimes, when running a query or report, providers may appear slightly out of order. Running the Update Provider Display Order utility corrects this issue by reordering the Providers table. To run the utility, complete the following steps.

Note

  • You must have the required symplr Provider security to run this utility.

  • The utility may take several minutes to complete.

  1. Open the DBA Utilities system form.
  2. In the Database Administration section, click Update Provider Display Order.
  3. In Update Provider Display Order, click Confirm.

  1. In the left pane, click System.

  2. Click Update Provider Display Order.

  3. In Update Provider Display Order, click Confirm.

  • The Update Provider Display Order utility may be set up to run on a recurrent basis. See Manage system scheduled tasks for instructions.
