• For each skill listed, rate your experience with a 0 (no experience), 1 (limited experience), 2 (mid-level experience), or a 3 (advanced-level experience).

  • No experience: Has no experience in this skill.

  • Limited experience: Has a level of experienced gained in classroom, clinical, or skills lab; needs assistance when performing this skill.

  • Mid-level experience: Performs skill occasionally and may occasionally require assistance when performing this skill; understands and can discuss applications and implications.

  • Advanced-level experience: Performs frequently, does not need supervision, capable of coaching others in the application of this competency.
