Electronic Docs (eDocs)

eDocs enables you to complete documents from your browser or a mobile device. You can complete a document if one is assigned to you and view previously completed documents in the Documents tile.

Documents might include W-4, I-9, employee handbooks, background check authorization, etc.

This tile is only available if your organization has enabled this feature.

Complete an eDoc

  1. Navigate to the Documents tile from your home screen.

  2. Open the assigned document.

  3. If applicable, download and review reading materials.

  4. Sign the document in the Signature fields.

  5. Click Finish.
