Credentials

The staffing agency or healthcare facility views your licenses, certifications, and health records when reviewing your application.

  • The agency may require you to enter or upload specific licenses, certifications, or health records before applying to or accepting offers.

  • If you've previously entered a license or certification that has since expired, the license/certification tile will turn red and the expiration date will display on the tile.

Add a license, certification, or health record

  1. Navigate to the Credentials tile from your home screen.

  2. Open the appropriate dropdown.

  3. Click Add State License or Add Certification.

  4. Complete the form.

  5. Click Save Credential.

Edit a license, certification, or health record

  1. Navigate to the Credentials tile from your home screen.

  2. Open the appropriate dropdown.

  3. Click the license, certification, or health record you'd like to edit.

  4. Edit as needed.

  5. Click Save Credential.
