Process Overview

Communication between Care Management and the Compliance Office happens when a Care Management risk event is copied and sent to symplr Compliance.

Stage 1 -The Care Management risk employee saves a risk event and copies it to symplr Compliance.

Stage 2 - Risk event data automatically imports to symplr Compliance as a special Risk Event item that:

  • Stores the information sent from Care Management;

  • Creates a dedicated Risk Event item;

  • Functions like other items in symplr Compliance (supporting sub-items, attachments, reminders, etc.)

Stage 3 - The designated item owner assigns the event to the appropriate individual for investigation.
