Reminders
Reminders can be created and managed for an assessment by the owner. The assessment owner can send a one time or repeating reminder to all locations or specific locations with unsubmitted assignments.
Reminders can be created and managed for an assignment by an assignee. The assignee can send a one time or repeating reminder to all delegees with unanswered questions.
To create a reminder

Open the risk assessment assignment.

Click the Manage Reminders link at the top.

In the Manage Reminder overlay, click Create Reminder.
The New Reminder fields will display

Complete the necessary fields.

Click Save.
Notes about the New Reminder fields
Recipients is auto-populated with all delegees who have unsubmitted questions. This field is read-only. Once a delegee submits their assignment, the reminder will no longer be sent to them.
Message allows you to auto-populate a message by selecting a template from the Select Template dropdown
Additional Note allows you to manually enter in the message and insert fields.
Delivery Method is a required field with the following options:

One time, Immediate – sends the reminder immediately after creation.

One time, Scheduled – will send the reminder one time based on the Send Date and time set. The Send Date is required for a one time, scheduled reminder.

Repeating – will send the reminder multiple times per the schedule selected.
For a repeating delivery method, you'll need to select the delivery schedule:

Daily

Every – Specify how often the reminder will be sent by entering in a number (example: enter 1 to send the reminder every day, or enter 2 to send the reminder every other day).

Weekly

Every – Specify the weekly amount to send the reminder by entering a number (example: select 1 to send the reminder every week, or select 2 to send the reminder every other week).

Weekdays Only – This will send the reminder only on weekdays per the weeks set in the Every field (example: if you select 2 in the Every field, the reminder send every other week on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday).

Custom - Select the specific days of the week you would like the reminder to be sent.

Monthly

Day – Select the day of the month to send the reminder on. For Of Every, enter the number (example: enter 3 to send the reminder every three months).

The – Select an option (first, second, third, fourth, or last), select a day of the week from the dropdown, then, set the number within the Every field.

And you'll need to select the duration:

Start Date – the date and time the reminder will begin.

End Date – determines when the reminder will end and no longer be sent.

No End Date - the reminder will continue to send until an end date is selected.

End After – ends after a specified number of occurrences.

End On – ends on a specific date and time.

To edit a reminder

Click the Manage Reminders link at the top of the Risk Assessment screen.

Select the Reminder you would like to edit.

Modify the reminder information.

Click Save.
When updating an existing reminder that was created as One-Time, Immediate, the Delivery Method dropdown will default to One-Time, Scheduled.
To delete an existing reminder
An assessment owner can delete an existing reminder they created.

Click the Manage Reminders link at the top of the Risk Assessment screen.

Hover over the reminder you would like to delete.

Click the X icon on the right side.

Click Save.
