Audit Management (AM) Group Permissions
Some users do not need to access the Audit, Audit Configurations and Auditing Bodies menus (they work only on tasks in Audit). Audit Management Group permissions allow you to hide the Audit, Audit Configurations and Auditing Bodies menus along with the Create Audit Request option from users who do not need access to the Audit Dashboard and Create Audit Requests.
Permissions within groups include the following:
Manage Audits allows or denies access to Audit Management. If a user has allowed access to Manage Audits, the Audit menu option is displayed in the navigation panel and the user can access the Audit Dashboard page.
Audit Configurations - Read provides the user the ability to see the Audit Configurations menu option in the navigation panel and allows the user to access Audit Configurations in read only mode.
Audit Configurations – Modify provides the user the ability to see the Audit Configurations menu option in the navigation panel and allows the user to access, modify and delete Audit Configurations.
Auditing Bodies – Read provides the user the ability to see the Auditing Bodies menu option in the navigation panel and allows the user access Auditing Bodies page in read only mode.
Auditing Bodies – Modify provides the user the ability to see the Auditing Bodies menu option in the navigation panel and allows the user to access, modify and deactivate Auditing Bodies.
Audit Request- Create allows you to give or deny access to Create Audit Requests menu option. A user with Audit Request – Create permission can see the Create button and can create audit requests.
